As part of continued growth and investment into its finance capability, the business is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations & Transformation to lead finance operations and drive technology-led change across the function. This role operates on a hybrid basis and is easily commutable from Leicester, Leicestershire, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Hinckley, Melton Mowbray, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
