Electrical Project Manager Location: Wolverhampton / Midlands (Office Based) Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 Car Allowance (DOE) Type: Permanent Status: Live Requirement The Role A well-established building services contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage electrical projects from design stage through to installation and final handover. The role is office-based and involves running multiple projects concurrently. Individual project values range from £5k to £2.5m, with a combined maximum value of £4.5m. Responsibilities Manage electrical projects from inception to completion Oversee LV installations including containment, cabling, lighting, and power Plan and manage project programmes and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specs, and regulations Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders Manage variations, reporting, and project documentation Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects Requirements Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services Background delivering electrical packages up to £2.5m Strong communication and client-facing skills Able to manage multiple projects at varying stages Office-based role - candidates must be Midlands based Full UK driving licence preferred Package Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Car allowance paid (no company car) Office-based position Secure role with consistent project pipeline
