Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and maintain the schedule in Primavera P6.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and Delivery Teams to gather progress for accurate schedule updates and development.
* Carry out quality checks on the programme, including client internal programmes and supplier programmes.
* Update the client’s programme in accordance with internal processes; produce month-end reports and outputs for the project team and stakeholders.
* Build/develop integrated programmes with the project team across disciplines to support assurance and approval gates.
* Report, analyse, and evaluate the programme(s), focusing on critical path and key milestones.
* Support the risk management process by building QSRA programmes.
* Ability to support Earned Value Reporting as required.
Key Requirements
* Primavera P6 knowledge
* Ability to work on own initiative to develop programmes with the project team
* Experience in planning across all stages of the project lifecycle
* Experience in monthly programme updating and reporting
* Experience in the monthly review and assessment of supplier schedules
* Good understanding of risk and opportunity management related to planning and programming
* Experience of working in a client environment
* Professional and effective communication with a variety of stakeholders
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to gain Security Clearance
* Ideally 4–5 years’ experience
* Experience of managing schedules on NEC projects (preferable)
* Experience working on projects with integrated programmes (desirable)
