Deputy Manager - Dementia Residential Care Location: Cwmbran Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum Hours: Full‑time, 42.5 hours per week Service Type: Residential Care - Dementia About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a well‑established Dementia Residential Care Home in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and supporting the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the service. You will play a key role in ensuring the home operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards, while supporting staff development and maintaining excellent care outcomes for residents.
