Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Cornwall. These roles are ideal for qualified professionals seeking flexible, rewarding work within EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
* Assisting with classroom routines, resource preparation and behaviour management
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Have experience working within primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
✅ Be adaptable, proactive and confident in managing classroom responsibilities
✅ Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements for Work:
Before you can begin, you will need to:
* Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Provide a full 10-year career history with relevant references
