Engage with customers to fully understand their individual needs and requirements. Support customers across the entire journey by covering an expanding range of services. Coordinate customer interactions involving multiple stakeholders, including the partner network. Build in-depth knowledge of vehicles and services, and communicate their benefits to enhance customers' work, adventure, or outdoor lifestyle. Consistently meet personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement of processes and customer experiences.. T he Candidate Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the automotive industry. Passion for 4x4 vehicles combined with a strong customer-centric mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Ability to tailor information to individual customer needs with clear and effective communication. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Genuine interest in the campaign brand and its values. Empathetic approach to customer enquiries while maintaining professionalism.
