A specialist SEN school in Rochdale is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team from September 2025. This is a full-time role working with pupils with a primary diagnosis of Autism, alongside other complex needs.
We’re looking for someone who is calm, patient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team and play a key role in helping our pupils access learning and reach their potential.
What we’re looking for:
Experience supporting children with autism or SEN (either in schools or other settings)
A proactive and flexible attitude
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Team Teach training is desirable (or willingness to complete the training)
