Job Description
You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting, and minor damp prevention in tenants' properties and empty properties. Your duties will also include clearing and cleaning empty properties (voids), including external spaces and outside areas. This involves checking and clearing loft spaces, removing all furniture, white goods, carpets, and general waste.
What you’ll be doing
1. Applying mould treatment.
2. Treating low-level damp issues.
3. Removing defective decoration damaged by mould.
4. Assisting with the removal of household goods and personal effects after tenants move out.
5. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within homes, ensuring they meet health & safety requirements and are suitable for trade operatives.
6. Changing locks and fitting key safes to ensure the home is secure.
7. Clearing and tidying gardens and external spaces, including strimming, cutting grass, hedge cutting, removing rubble, filling ponds, and levelling soil.
8. Removing items left inside homes and disposing of them correctly following health and safety guidance.
9. Maintaining documentation and records for waste management, in accordance with company policies.
10. Respectfully maintaining homes, adhering to health and safety standards, and reporting concerns to your line manager.
11. Looking after provided equipment, keeping it clean and in working condition.
What you’ll need
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Similar experience is preferred but not essential.

For insurance purposes, applicants must have at least 2 years of driving experience with a full UK license, be over 21, and complete an online driver assessment before starting. Under 21 applicants with 2 years of experience will need to complete additional assessments.
