Key Responsibilities: Handle enquiries from potential buyers and sellers Match buyers to suitable properties Create market appraisal documents and attend appraisals Qualify prospective clients and identify their needs Win new instructions through effective business development Arrange and conduct property viewings Manage existing client relationships and properties Progress sales from offer through to completion Support colleagues with viewings and client queries Attend daily team meetings and contribute to team success Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in estate agency sales Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills Strong IT proficiency Highly organised and target-driven Tenacious, self-motivated, and a team player Strong business ethics and customer focus Full valid UK driving licence and must have own car Committed to delivering high levels of customer service Package and Benefits: £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission Open to part time hours, must be full days, but can be 2, 3 or 4 days per week 28 days annual leave including bank holidays 4 additional days off over Christmas period!
