The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations within the Officers, Sergeant and ASLS Buildings, specifically supporting corporate meetings and private functions. This role involves managing a team of nine staff, ensuring events meet profitability goals, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain high‑quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of twelve catering staff, providing direction and support to meet Aramark's high standards.
* Plan, organise, and execute catering services for private functions.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned to a high standard and sign off due diligence paperwork.
* Create staff rota each month and communicate any company announcements to your team.
* Train your staff to ensure a smooth running front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operation.
* Ensure we provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

Benefits and Working Conditions
* Full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week (shift pattern, 5 days over 7 including weekends). Shifts range between 06:45 and 20:00.
* Salary of £24,478.00 (approximately £12.51 per hour).
