Requirements
Must have:
- Senior IT Business Partner or business systems leadership experience - Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Supply Chain sector - Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA with a focus on integration - Experience with EDI and automation processes - Knowledge of Master Data Management, particularly through Informatica & SAP MDM - Expertise in B2B operations and SaaS solutions like Ecosio EDI - Familiarity with automation solutions such as Winshuttle - Proven leadership in cross-functional transformation programs - Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills - Strategic mindset with emotional intelligence - Collaborative and people-focused approach
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Senior IT Business Partner to Commercial & Supply Chain functions - Ensure systems, integrations, and processes support business performance and future growth - Own the B2B Applications landscape and integrations - Lead cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagement - Manage vendors and coordinate with international IT teams - Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvement - Support and optimize systems across B2B operations - Shape and govern the IT demand pipeline aligned to business priorities - Lead prioritization and investment planning - Facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders - Translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and investment cases - Lead workshops to identify improvement and innovation opportunities - Coach and develop a team of IT Business Partners & Analysts - Establish clear objectives and performance standards - Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement - Own the end-to-end B2B applications landscape - Drive integration, automation, and process simplification - Lead business cases and transformation initiatives - Develop capability roadmaps aligned with Enterprise Architecture - Identify opportunities leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics - Ensure scalability for future growth
