The role: As a Sales Coordinator for one of our most famous and successful shows, LE Miami, you will support the commercial team in delivering revenue growth across our events portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating sales administration, maintaining CRM data, supporting account managers and partners, and ensuring high standards of customer service. You will act as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams, helping to deliver seamless commercial operations and exceptional partner experiences. Key responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and partnerships team, including preparing proposals, contracts and invoices. Manage and maintain CRM records (sales pipeline, contact details, activity notes) to ensure data accuracy and reporting readiness. Coordinate communications with clients, exhibitors and partners, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries. Assist with lead generation activities, prospect research and outreach campaigns to support sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards and performance metrics for the commercial leadership team. Organise meetings, calls and commercial presentations; produce meeting notes and follow up on action items. Support contract administration, vendor coordination and partner activations to ensure successful delivery onsite. Work closely with marketing, operations and finance to ensure alignment on commercial programmes and client needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, templates and CRM best practice. Key success criteria: Accurate and up-to-date CRM data that enables reliable forecasting and pipeline management. Timely delivery of commercial materials, contracts and invoices with minimal errors. Strong internal and external stakeholder feedback on responsiveness and quality of support. Contribution to achieving team sales targets through effective coordination and execution of tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Events or a related field desirable. 1-3 years' experience in sales support, account coordination or events sales environment preferred. Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and maintaining high data integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language skills are advantageous. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Asana or other project management tools is desirable. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to team working. Ability to work flexible hours as required to support international stakeholders and occasional travel to events. Core skills: CRM Management: Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, lead logging and follow-up actions. Sales Administration: Draft and process proposals, contracts and billing documents efficiently. Stakeholder Communication: Build professional relationships with clients, partners and internal teams. Reporting & Insight: Produce timely sales reports and highlight trends to inform commercial decisions. Event Support: Coordinate partner activations and onsite logistics in collaboration with operations teams.
