We’re looking for an Assistant Management Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and P&L reports across our repair centres Conducting cost analysis on labour, parts, and overheads Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting (e.g., labour efficiency, parts usage) Managing reconciliations, inventory tracking, and WIP adjustments Collaborating with operational teams to turn financial data into meaningful insight Supporting audit and compliance processes Assisting with accounts payable/receivable when needed What We're Looking For: Currently studying AAT / CIMA / ACCA / ACA Significant experience in a finance or accounting role Automotive industry or workshop environment experience is highly desirable Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with finance and non-finance teams Analytical, proactive, and commercially minded Why Join Us?
