They are currently on a growth journey and are now looking for a Help Desk Coordinator to join their team. Someone who’s both a people person and a hands-on tech, ready to play a key role in supporting our growing client base.
The role:
As a Help Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of the support team, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing tickets, and keeping an eye on SLAs. You’ll also help resolve technical issues when needed, providing first-class support and maintaining high standards of service.
What you’ll do:
* Coordinate the help desk team to ensure efficient handling of support requests
* Monitor SLAs and ticket queues, keeping response times on track
* Provide hands-on technical support
* Help improve processes and contribute to ongoing service improvements
* Support wider IT projects and assist with infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions
Key Skills:
* A strong communicator who enjoys working with people (both clients and colleagues)
* Technically minded with a background in IT support (1st/2nd line experience)
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a busy environment
* Looking for a role where you can grow and develop
