An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Associate Brand Innovation Consultant to join an innovative and fast-paced FMCG business on a 6-month contract. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering impactful innovation across key European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver consumer-led, insight-driven innovation projects from concept through to launch.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance.
* Develop project timelines, manage gate process approvals, and maintain project tracking tools.
* Build and own key financials (including full P&L) and develop packaging, pricing, and GTM plans.
* Leverage market and consumer data to identify trends, opportunities, and inform strategy.
What You’ll Need:
* 3-5 years of experience in innovation or marketing within FMCG.
* Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and stakeholder influence.
* Experience using tools such as Nielsen/Circana and familiarity with the UK and/or European retail landscape is a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other core MS Office tools.
