Electrician - Installation
Permanent Full Time
Salary £37,000 - £40,200 plus vehicle, travel paid door to door and package
Northampton/Cambridge/Essex and into London
We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Electrician. You will be working in various commercial premises including retail.
Role:
1. To undertake Electrical installation and some minor maintenance works alongside the Electrical team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
2. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience post apprenticeship, in depth knowledge of all electrical installation works, good computer literacy and ability to use industry software for completing reports.
3. Always Representing the company in a professional and competent manner and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
4. Delivery of Electrical installation and maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed project specification and within agreed timescales.
5. Liaison with the Project Manager at all times striving to ensure that project works are delivered on time, snag free and to the agreed specification.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
7. Striving to achieve snag free completion and where snagging occurs to ensure it is resolved within 6 working days.
8. Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may affect project delivery.
9. Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained, and serviced as required.
10. Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.
Person:
11. You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent and 18th edition
12. You will have electrical installation experience on commercial sites
13. You will live in the region and happy with travel throughout the region and further when needed - some overnight days may be
14. You must have a full uk driving licence
15. Good IT skills
Package:
16. Base salary of £37,000 - £40,200 (dependant on if approved)
