The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team with the consistent creation and scheduling of digital content, helping to promote the firm’s services, community involvement and local presence. This is a practical, creative role suited to someone who enjoys producing content, staying organised and contributing ideas within a collaborative team environment. The role includes scheduling and publishing three posts per day across the firm’s social media channels, creating short-form video content including daily TikToks and YouTube Shorts, and designing social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva. The Marketing Assistant will also maintain communication with local charities and organisations supported by the firm to help create community-focused content highlighting sponsorships and events. In addition, the role involves writing blogs relating to the firm’s legal services, researching local news and events that connect to the firm’s offices, and monitoring legal developments relevant to the services we provide. The Marketing Assistant will also support senior management with podcast production and assist with general marketing activities while contributing practical ideas for campaigns and content.
Skills & Attributes:
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and comfortable producing visual content using tools such as Canva. The ideal candidate will have an interest in social media and digital content, be confident creating simple video and graphic materials, and enjoy working as part of a
collaborative team with a positive, proactive attitude.
Experience:
Previous marketing experience is required. Training will be provided. Applicants should demonstrate creative ability and basic graphic design capability.
