About the Role
You’ll provide person‑centred support in people’s homes and local communities, helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication, household tasks and attending activities that matter to the people you support.
Shifts include a mix of daytime hours, with additionalsleep‑insandwaking nights. If you’re caring, adaptable, and looking for a role where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties could include:
* Providingpersonalised supporttailored to individual needs.
* Offeringemotional supportand positive encouragement.
* Completinglight household tasksandbasic administrative duties.
* Bringingfresh ideasand helping to improve ways of working.
* Checking and recordingmedication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.

Shifts and Pay:
* Day Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm | 3:00pm–9:30pm/ 10:30am-10pm | 11:00am–7:00pm
* Waking Night Shifts: 10pm – 7am (+ £12.15 + 20% per hour)
* Sleep-In Shifts: Additional to day shifts (+ £62.64 per shift)
* Hourly Rate: £12.75, making the annual salary £24,531 (FTE)
What You’ll Need:
* A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs
* Flexibility – our services run 24/7 and shift patterns vary
* A full UK manual driving licence – There are mobility cars at these services and the correct licence is required.
