Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals.
From candidate screening to coordinating shift bookings and placements.
A background in recruitment (bonus if it’s medical or healthcare-focused).
An ambitious, “can-do” attitude with a commercial mindset.
A proven ability to build rapport and grow long-term relationships.
