Job Description
Our Client in Barnsley are looking to add a Joiner to their team. You will be based in the Barnsley area working as part of our client’s housing maintenance teams.
Monday – Friday
37 hours per week
08:30-16:30
The Pay Rate will be:
£18.00 LTD Per Hour
Responsibilities include:
1. You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs to domestic and untenanted properties.
2. Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
3. Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements
4. Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales
Candidate Requirements:
5. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery
6. Experience in similar roles
7. Full UK Driving License
