This is an exciting period of growth for the business, providing a unique opportunity for candidates to work directly with the founders and a small technically focussed team to build knowledge and skills in multiple areas.
Responsibilities
* Turning mathematical models into high performance software
* Monitoring performance through our external metrics and local performance testing
* Researching and communicating new ideas to other developers and quants.
* Modify existing models to meet new customer requirements such as new market types or performance requirements
Essential skills
* Degree in Computer Science or STEM subject.
* Proficient in a low level programming language such as C, C++ or Rust programming language.
* Strong mathematical background
* Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
* History of performance testing and benchmarking using tools such as perf and valgrind
* Comfortable exploring compiler assembly output
* Knowledge of statistical modelling and probability theory
* Interested in sports
* Familiarity with sport betting

Location
The role is based in central London, with 4 days in the office and one day WFH.
Salary in region of £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience.
