The Senior Technical Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into product requirements, and breaking them down into lower-level requirements. They will lead requirements-related interactions with end-users and stakeholders outside the team, providing guidance and support to other team members, including Development and Testing Teams.
What you will be doing:
1. Working with end-users and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
2. Translating business requirements into product requirements and breaking down product requirements into lower-level requirements.
3. Defining the requirements gathering and governance process.
4. Working on large Salesforce implementations (both out-of-the-box and customized solutions) with multiple Business Analysts.
5. Investigating customer problems and opportunities using standard Business Analyst problem-solving tools.
6. Facilitating the definition of technical solutions and documenting them in functional designs.
7. Leading the production of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify lessons learned to improve requirements analysis processes.
What we are looking for:
1. Extensive experience in business analysis, including Lead Business Analyst roles.
2. Skills in converting business requirements to technical functional requirements, writing Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and collaborating with Developers and Testers to ensure software meets requirements.
3. Experience in logical data modeling and creating entity-relationship diagrams.
4. Experience in writing user stories and detailed Gherkin acceptance criteria.
5. Knowledge of business analysis methods and tools such as user stories, acceptance criteria, data models, state transition diagrams, activity flow diagrams, and behavior-driven development.
6. Ability to develop business-level requirements using methods like Epics, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and functional/non-functional requirements.
7. Eligibility for SC clearance.
