3t is currently looking to recruit a Training Management Services (TMS) Administrator on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK.

The Role

Role Purpose: As TMS Administrator you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.


Duties and Responsibilities:

As TMS Administrator you will be responsible for managing all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification.

* Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails and training enquiries in a timely manner
* Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers
* Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
* Providing world class customer care at all times
* Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
* Assist with weekly system updates

We offer semi‑flexible working hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
