We are entering an exciting new era of accelerated progress, where continuous improvement and excellence are at the heart of everything we do. As a Quality Improvement Programme Manager, you’ll be at the centre of this evolution, championing the latest in improvement science and lean methodologies.
Start date: Fixed term until 30th May 2027 to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Drive the delivery of our new Quality Strategy.
* Lead large-scale change programmes designed to reduce harm and improve the experience of our patients and staff.
* Collaborate with colleagues to energise a workforce with the skills and drive to make a meaningful difference every day.
* Teach, coach and work side‑by‑side with patients and families to embed improvement practices.
Qualifications
* Expertise in improvement science with a strong track record of delivering successful projects in healthcare.
* Desirable experience with lean practices.
* Ability to inspire and lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
