Role Summary:
As the National Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Haematology Therapy Specialists, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with key clinical stakeholders to drive growth and ensure patient access to J&J’s portfolio of Haematology medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Therapy Specialists team to achieve clinical sales excellence and meet sales targets.
* Create and implement sales strategies, targets, and incentive schemes in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Operations.
* Understand market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic account management.
* Develop relationships with leading national clinical KOLs and internal teams.
* Drive customer-centric culture and compliance across the team.
