Asset Administrator - Asset & Sustainability
£19.69 per hour (Umbrella)
Remote working | 1 day per month in Hemel Hempstead
3–6 month contract | Immediate start
Thrive Homes are seeking an experienced Asset Administrator with a background in housing asset or property services data.
This is not a general admin role. You must understand housing asset data and how it impacts compliance, repairs and financial control.
The Role Working within the Asset & Sustainability team, you will support the integrity and reliability of property data across circa 6,000 homes.
You will be responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate asset data within QL
• Raising and closing purchase orders
• Overseeing processes such as Damp & Mould, ensuring inspections and remedial works are monitored and reported
• Carrying out data quality checks and assurance reviews
• Supporting KPI reporting and wider data cleansing initiatives
• Liaising with residents and contractors to ensure timely information flow
About You
• Experience working with housing asset, compliance or property services data
• Previous housing association or local authority experience
• Experience using housing management systems (QL desirable)
• Strong Excel and IT skills
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
£19.69 per hour Umbrella
Home based with one office visit per month
