What the Data Management department does at Worldwide
Our Data Management team is a diverse, collaborative group involved in all aspects of clinical studies, from database creation to final dataset delivery. We ensure data accuracy and integrity for regulatory submissions. Opportunities include roles for data support staff, programmers, coders, and leads. We foster an environment that encourages input, growth, and professional development.
What you will do
* Manage assigned data management projects and lead the respective teams.
* Represent WCT in all dealings with Sponsors regarding data management.
* Liaise with the Director, Data Management, to discuss progress and issues.
* Train and supervise staff involved in projects.
* Ensure operations follow WCT SOPs; contribute to SOP revisions.
* Create and review project documentation, including Data Management Plans and Files.
* Conduct QC checks and database assessments on assigned projects.
What you will bring to the role
* Computer literacy and adaptability to various systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to question data validity.
* Ability to train and monitor staff performance.
Your experience
* Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or relevant industry experience.
* Experience in Data Management or related fields.
