WHO WE ARE

We are a supported accommodation service based in The New Forest and covering Hampshire and Southampton.

As a family-run company, we believe in a level of personalised support and attention that larger organizations simply can't provide. We are hands-on, involved in every aspect of the business, and deeply committed to the well-being of those we support and our staff also. We are proud of the strong relationships we've built over the years, and we look forward to continuing to grow with the same level of care and dedication that has been our foundation since day one.

As an organisation, Achieve Care provide safe, nurturing, homely environments coupled with bespoke residential support for 16 to 17-year-olds and vulnerable adults. The key to our success is the provision of positive, focused support that encourages and develops the necessary skills to allow our service users to live as independently as possible and to make the transition into adult life as smooth as possible for them.

At Achieve Care we boast a diverse, committed and professional staff team who are dedicated to providing bespoke support that meets the individual needs of each of our service users. We put a great emphasis on delivering a person-centred approach, ensuring that every young person is fully involved in the support they receive.
