We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled Quality Engineer to take ownership of quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in ensuring high standards across production and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, and other problem-solving toolsManage non-conformances (NCR), corrective actions (CAR), and engineering change notices (ECN)Own and manage the RMA process, ensuring effective resolution of customer complaints and returnsDrive continuous improvement (CI) activities across manufacturing processesCarry out inspection and quality checks using CMM, Faro Arm, and metrology equipmentWork closely with suppliers to ensure robust quality standards and processesEnsure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards Experience Required Minimum 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer within manufacturingStrong experience with CI tools: 5S/6S, Kaizen, VSM, Pareto, Ishikawa, QCPCProven ability in root cause analysis and problem solvingExperience using CMM, Faro Arm, or similar inspection equipmentStrong understanding of quality systems and process improvementHighly organised with a detail-focused approach
