Job: Store Crew


Location: Bath


Job Type: Permanent, Part-time

Contracts available:

* 8 hours - Tuesday 2:30pm-6:30pm and Thursday 2:30pm - 6:30pm
* 9 hours - Monday 1pm-5pm and Saturday 1pm-6pm

Role Overview

You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist effectively.


Role Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all company policies, including GDPR procedures.

* Offer customers alternative purchasing options across channels.
* Maintain operational standards, including handling deliveries, visual merchandising, health and safety, housekeeping, and stock management.


Experience

* Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Positive attitude and proactive approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
* Team player with good time management skills.
