Senior Commercial Building Manager / FM London c£85k + Bens
Our client is a major international financial services group, operating through multiple trading brands and affiliate companies worldwide.
Within their Commercial Property Services division, they are now looking to hire a Senior Commercial Building Manager / FM as follows:
1. Site based, on a flagship, multi-tenanted London site exceeding 200,000 Sq. Ft.
2. Client facing, managing the entire site-based team with multiple direct reports
3. Setting & overseeing all aspects of the service charge budget, which stands in excess of £5M+ per annum
4. Suitably qualified, with related professional accreditation (IWFM/RICS & NEBOSH)
5. Thorough understanding of commercial leases, landlord & tenant matters, and complex service charge budgets
6. 5 years direct experience overseeing similarly large/flagship sites, with a stable career history
7. Oversight of lifecycle replacement programmes and planned projects, including client funded capex works
8. Track record in Sustainability and ESG related targets
