Your Role - Main Purpose of the job
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the continued growth of NSS by identifying new opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our customers’ n
eeds.You’ll manage a defined territory and customer base, working closely with our operational teams to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional service our clients expect
Your job will includes
* Winning new business opportunities across your regional territory
* Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise
* Building strong multi-level relationships within customer organise growth actions
* Preparing and presenting proposals, bids and tenders with support from the Sales Team
* Delivering the sales plan agreed with the Sales Director
* Managing your pipeline, activity and forecasts via CRM
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
* Representing and promoting the NSS brand across the industry
What We're Looking for
* Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
* Experience selling complex services or solutions
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business
* The confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders within large organisations
* A willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Experience within Facilities Management, Property Services or Specialist Services would be beneficial, but not essential
* Uncapped commission
* £6,000 annual car allowance
