Advert The Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service at Arnold Lodge is seeking to appoint an Assistant Psychologist to join an enthusiastic and cohesive team of Qualified and Assistant Psychologists. The post could involve working in all three care pathways. It offers the opportunity to develop skills and competencies in a range of areas of forensic mental health. You will work with a specialist multidisciplinary team that values psychological approaches. You will be supported by experienced Clinical & Forensic Psychologists. These can include neuropsychological tests, self-report measures, rating scales and semi-structured interviews with patients. To assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans involving the psychological treatment and/or management of a patient treatment needs. To assist in the coordination and running of therapeutic groups. To work with other staff to assess patients and provide treatment. To assist in the development of a psychologically based framework of understanding and care to the benefit of all patients of the service, across all settings where care takes place. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
