Job Role Purpose
* Source quality accommodation and assess homestays for international students.
* Ensure student welfare and social needs are met during their studies.
* Coordinate ESOL admissions and compliance processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaise with the International Centre Manager for accommodation needs.
* Conduct annual inspections of homestay accommodations.
* Act as the first point of contact for accommodation and welfare issues.
* Organize social programs and transport for international students.
Admissions & Finance
* Ensure timely completion of admissions processes for international ESOL students.
* Maintain accurate records and liaise with finance for homestay payments.
* Support international sales targets for homestay income generation.
Key Relationships
* Internal: International Centre Manager, Head of Department, Finance department.
* External: International students, agents, homestay providers.
Employee Profile
* Essential qualifications include GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
* Experience in safeguarding, customer service, and administrative roles is required.
* Must be able to work unsociable hours and have a positive attitude towards diverse cultures.
