Area Sales Manager - West Midlands & North Wales
Exciting field-based opportunity selling a leading range of abrasive products used across wood, metal, plastics and building materials. You'll manage established distributor accounts, build strong relationships with end users, and drive new business across a high-performing territory.
This autonomous role involves around 20 customer visits per week, ensuring strong account coverage and growth. You'll be supported by an Applications Engineer for technical demonstrations when required.
Requirements: Proven B2B industrial sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, comfortable with regional travel, ideally from an engineered or technical product background.
Package: Up to £45,000 basic + £10-15k OTE, company car, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
