You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across diverse IT roles from developers to cybersecurity specialists. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in IT/technology recruitment within an agency. Strong knowledge of IT roles (software, cloud, data, project management). Track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and candidate sourcing tools. Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
