Salary Leadership Range Points 20 to 24 (£82,654 to £91,157).
Role Overview
As the Director of Estates and Facilities, you will provide strategic and operational leadership of the Trust’s Estates and Facilities Management services across all of the Trust’s sites. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver the long‑term estates strategy to support the Trust’s educational ambitions.
Responsibilities
* Lead a multi‑disciplinary professional team, driving a culture of excellence, compliance, innovation and continuous improvement.
* Ensure academies benefit from high‑quality, cost‑effective estates services—including capital works, maintenance, compliance, security, health and safety, and facilities management, both hard and soft services.
* Influence and enhance environments that directly support the life chances of young people across a diverse and growing Trust.
* Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Trust’s Estates and Facilities services across all sites.
