**SEN Teaching Assistant
Full-Time | Hackney | January Start**
Looking for a full-time role where you can build real relationships and see the difference you make every day? We’re working with a friendly SEN school in Hackney that’s looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a specialist setting supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and social emotional needs. The school is calm, well-organised, and genuinely values the adults who support their pupils day in, day out.
What your role will involve
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Helping pupils access learning through structure, patience, and encouragement
* Using communication tools, sensory strategies, and clear routines
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
* Being a consistent, reassuring presence throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
