HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISOR NEWARK (HYBRID) PERMANENT UP TO £50,000 PER ANNUM A Health & Safety Advisor is required to join a fast-growing ICP delivering high-voltage, grid-connected infrastructure supporting the UK's transition to a low-carbon future. This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to embed best-in-class SHEQ practices, ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance across all operations. You will be responsible for promoting a proactive SHEQ culture, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, and carrying out audits and site inspections. The role involves supporting projects from design through to delivery, including the preparation and review of RAMS and management plans, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement. You will also support supplier and subcontractor compliance while contributing to SHEQ systems, reporting, and accreditations. REQUIRED SKILLS: NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) TechIOSH (or working towards) Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation (CDM, Working at Height, etc.) Experience within construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors Ready to help power the future safely? *PS: The Company can't provide any sponsorship, so only candidates with the existing right to work in the UK will be considered for this role.
