Reporting to our Senior Network & Server Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the infrastructure, including both permanent and deployable nodes at MOD Southwick Park, Portsmouth. In this role, DSG works closely in collaboration with our Training Support team, ensuring systems remain available and secure to enable experimentation and wargaming activities. You will be based primarily on-site, with occasional travel to other customer or MASS locations as required. The invaluable experience youll bring Youll maintain permanent and deployable infrastructure to support wargaming and experimentation activities. This includes patching, license management, configuration alignment, and providing remote testing access, working closely with on-site CIS staff to keep services running smoothly.
