Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be the vital link between the Service and Sales teams, helping to coordinate tasks, manage contracts, and ensure the smooth running of preventative maintenance visits. Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance site visits
2. Manage contract-related tasks and support the service team with quotations, parts sourcing, and courier arrangements
3. Collate service team work and prioritise service cases for timely resolution
4. Produce monthly service reports highlighting customer downtime and team activities
5. Manage calibration schedules for testing equipment to minimise downtime
6.
