Salary: £36,210 Dependent On Experience

Hours: 37 hours per week

We're seeking a Communications and Inclusion Business Partner to join our team and help shape how we connect and engage with our customers and colleagues across Worthing Homes. Worthing Homes is a forward‑looking housing association dedicated to providing affordable, high‑quality homes and services to our local communities. We're a small yet dynamic organisation, managing 4,000 homes serving over 10,000 residents across social housing, sheltered accommodation, and shared ownership properties.

As Communications & Inclusion Business Partner, you'll be the voice that connects and inspires others – bringing Worthing Homes' story to life across every platform. From social media to our website and internal channels, you'll create clear, engaging, and inclusive content that helps customers and colleagues stay informed and connected.

A key part of your role will be championing our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (EDIE) strategy. By weaving inclusion into every message, story, and visual, you'll make sure everyone sees themselves represented, celebrate lived experiences, amplify diverse voices, and support wellbeing initiatives by promoting a positive, supportive, and inclusive organisation. Using insights and analytics, you'll refine communication approaches, spot new trends, and discover fresh, meaningful ways to share what matters.

Ultimately, you'll help build a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, valued, and part of the story we're proud to tell.


About You

We're looking for a communicator at heart, someone who writes with clarity, warmth, and purpose, making complex messages simple and engaging. You'll craft compelling content across digital channels – from social media to newsletters and internal communications, and turn ideas into campaigns that inspire action.

You think visually and digitally, understand how stories work across platforms, and bring creativity to every challenge. Inclusion isn't just a concept for you – it's a daily practice. You create content that is accessible, respectful, and reflective of diverse voices, helping colleagues feel valued and communities feel seen.

Adaptable and proactive, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities with energy, and build strong relationships through collaboration. Tech‑savvy and confident with content management systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office, you use insight and analytics to make a real impact.
