Telent seeks a Service Desk Analyst to join our Customer IT Service Centre in Newport. The role involves supporting our managed service contracts, with opportunities for training and career growth.
This is a 4 days on / 4 days off shift role, with 11-hour rotating shifts from our modern office.

Responsibilities include:
* Act as the first contact for incidents, requests, and queries via multiple platforms
* Log and update incidents and requests
* Provide excellent customer service
* Coordinate logistics and engineer resources
* Maintain customer relationships and incident ownership
* Proactively liaise with vendors and escalate issues
* Meet KPIs set by management
Ideal candidate:
Customer service experience in retail, helpdesk, call center, or similar environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office; team and independent work experience; ITIL awareness (desirable).
