Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery is developing a new, secure approach to food delivery using patented Tag & Scan technology. We are looking for a Head of Operations to design and lead the operational framework that will power our launch and growth.
This is not about maintaining existing processes. You will build them from the ground up. You will create the systems, partnerships and team that keep the platform running smoothly, giving you real ownership and visibility from day one.
This is an equity-only role initially, moving into a salaried position once operations begin and revenue is generated.

Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of day-to-day operational planning and delivery
* Design scalable processes for restaurant onboarding, driver allocation, order flow, and agent engagement
* Build strong relationships with Users, Restaurants, Drivers, and Agents
* Develop and manage external partnerships to extend service reach
* Recruit, guide, and support a high-performing operations team
* Work with the CEO and CTO to align operations with product development and growth plans
* Identify improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and user experience

* Proven operations leadership experience within food delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace platforms
* Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder environments
* Experience building partnerships with vendors, aggregators, or service providers
