Senior Campaign Marketing Manager - 12 Month mat cover
Exclusive opportunity for an experienced campaign marketing professional to join a leading global financial services organisation on a 12-month interim/day rate contract.
This role will play a key part in the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a range of investment and financial products, supporting brand awareness, engagement and commercial objectives across international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns, developing compelling campaign messaging and content, and partnering with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
This is a highly visible role suited to a hands-on marketer with experience operating in complex, matrixed environments. The successful candidate will combine strong campaign planning and delivery expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
Hybrid working: 4 days a week in London office, 1 from home
£420/day - Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across video, digital advertising, web and social channels (LinkedIn)
* Develop campaign messaging and content approaches that translate complex propositions into clear, compelling and compliant marketing communications
* Coordinate activity across paid media, social, search, web and partnership channels to ensure consistent campaign delivery
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, digital, commercial and external agency teams
* Oversee campaign timelines, approvals, budgets and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
* Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, using data and insight to optimise future activity and improve outcomes
* Support the development of best practice campaign processes, tools and AI-enabled ways of working
* Contribute to wider marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects
Skills & Experience
* Significant experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns within financial services, asset management or another regulated industry
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, social media, web and content marketing
* Experience developing campaign messaging and content that simplifies complex products or services
* Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders within large, matrixed organisations
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously
* Experience working with agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaign outcomes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
* Experience across investment products, wealth management or asset management marketing is highly advantageous
* Experience using AI tools to support marketing effectiveness and productivity is desirable
