We are looking for a Building Consultant to join a team of experts. You will be investigating and diagnosing subsidence damage to residential and commercial properties and providing technical advice, reports, and recommendations to clients, insurers and contractors.
Qualifications
* MRICS / Assoc. RICS / MCIOB etc or progression towards a professional qualification
* Previous experience in subsidence engineering or a similar role
* Practical and hands‑on approach to work
* A creative and analytical mind
* A good eye for detail and quality
