TRANSPORT CLERK NIGHTS
SUNDAY 18:00-06:00 & MONDAY TO THURSDAY 22:00-06:00
PAY RATE: £15.33 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties:
Working as a Transport Clerk for our client your duties will be:
* Coordinating and managing transport operations
* Scheduling deliveries and collections
* Briefing & De-briefing drivers
* Maintaining vehicle records
* Ensuring compliance
* Communicating with drivers
* Monitoring and Tracking
Essential Skills:
As a Transport Clerk, the following are essential:
* Proficient in Microsoft package
* Communication skills
* Writing skills
* At least six months experience working in a transport environment
* Good knowledge of vehicle compliance – Servicing / defects
* Good knowledge of driver compliance – Tachomaster / infringements / driver holidays
* Have good geographical knowledge of the UK
* Able to support the Transport Manager in the day to day running of the transport department
Training:
* Industry related training and ongoing support
