Job Description
A global B2B financial services provider is seeking a Website Manager to define and lead the digital strategy across social media, SEM, SEO, website, and email marketing.
Responsibilities:
* Define and lead the digital strategy across social media, SEM, SEO, website, and email
* Own SEO performance, ensuring content and digital assets are fully optimised
* Track and analyse website performance to drive continuous improvement
* Support marketing automation migration
* Partner with Data & Insights team to ensure actionable digital marketing workflows
* Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media, website, and email marketing
* Use analytics to understand customer interactions across channels, optimizing conversion points and user funnels. Map out the customer and user journeys, identifying key touchpoints and areas for improvement
* Work with the wider Marketing team to execute and manage the recommended paid search and social activity to support brand development
* Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities (email, search and social) to continually optimise results
* Define guidance and best practices for the Marketing teams to ensure digital content is developed and leverages keyword research that will positively influence search engine rankings
* Champion best practice, capture learnings, standardise reporting and support regional marketing teams with their activity as appropriate
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in hands-on digital marketing experience
* Professional / Financial services experience preferable
* Demonstrate strong expertise in LinkedIn, SEO, and website management
* Experience with A/B testing, nurturing and campaign analysis
* Comfortable writing copy for social media, emails, landing pages
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work across multiple projects whilst maintaining high standards
* Strong communicator
* Able to demonstrate understanding of marketing planning
* Shows curiosity to learn from others and seeks best practices ideas to make improvements
* Eligible to work in the UK
