Overview
Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant – part-time role in a welcoming primary school in the Cheshunt area. The school offers a well-rounded curriculum including Sports, Music, French, and Performing Arts, and aims to help every child thrive academically, socially, and creatively.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to pupils in both whole-class and small-group settings.
* Assist with delivering engaging lessons that spark creativity and learning.
* Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure they can access the curriculum fully.
* Work closely with a dedicated team of teachers and specialists to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Formally recognised teaching qualification for teacher roles (if applicable; the role is a Teaching Assistant position, so relevant TA qualifications or experience are considered).
* Experience or ability to work with Key Stage 1 learners and SEN support would be advantageous.
