Role: Temporary Communications and Engagement Coordinator - Bradford
Salary: £30K (this will be pro rata and paid on an hourly rate)
Contract length: Now until September
Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday
Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment is recruiting for a national utilities business. The role involves communicating and engaging with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to build trusting relationships, ensuring the company remains relevant and achieves its ambitions.
Responsibilities:
* Engage digitally with customers regarding the capital programme, prioritizing customer focus
* Champion the customer in all capital projects
* Create engaging content and communication plans to support the team
* Manage paid social media campaigns to raise awareness of local capital schemes
* Create content supporting customer experience initiatives
* Contribute to the wider communication and engagement strategy for the capital programme
* Produce engaging video content to illustrate the importance of investments
* Assist with research and collaborate with agencies
* Write content for various channels to showcase investments
* Utilize audience insights and measurement tools
* Use social media listening tools to enhance customer engagement
* Stay updated with industry trends to identify content opportunities
* Identify and escalate potential issues, working with the team to mitigate them
* Collaborate with the website team to develop web content about capital schemes
* Create internal newsletters to inform colleagues about ongoing projects
* Support other projects within the Brand team, providing content development and technical support
* Assist with broader content and copywriting initiatives as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a communication role
* Videography and content creation skills
* Experience presenting to groups
* Strong relationship-building abilities
* Experience working in similar roles, either in-house or via agencies
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office; experience with design tools is a plus
